Carolyn Hayes	Carolyn worked for a small recruiting firm for six years before forming the Hayes Group LLC in 2002. She has 20 years experience in electronics manufacturing, production control and new product design management and she earned her MBA in 1993. In addition to her IT recruiting, she also has interests in audio engineering and biotechnology. Carolyn believes strongly that making great hires is a key factor in business success. Her outside interests include music, mountaineering and skiing, the environment, and her children.

Susan Seim	After working in marketing and communications for over 20 years, Susan joined Hayes Group LLC in 2006. She has a BA from New York University and a MLA from Johns Hopkins University .
